When will my order arrive?
Our goal is 7-10 business days. However, this can vary based upon production demand. We strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible. Most items include tracking information so that you can follow the progress of your order.
Can I customize my order?
At this time you cannot. However, we hope to add custom order choices soon. Stay tuned!
Can you provide size details?
While our Bella & Canvas shirts run true to size, we have included a size chart below.
Do you collaborate with new designers?
Cycle Design & Supply was built upon establishing partnerships with creative people who are interested in finding ways to represent cycling and cycling culture.

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds and/or exchanges can take up to two weeks from the day we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days after processing. Refunds will take 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original form of payment.
What if I have an issue or question regarding my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround for production and shipping. Therefore, it is possible your order is already in production or transit. However, we will always do the best we can to accommodate your change request and also assist you once your order arrives.
Can I combine two separate orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders at this time. We recommend you combine items while shopping.
