Currently, we offer free shipping within the continental United States and discounted international shipping! You are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Because your item is custom designed, we do not guarantee delivery times. However, we are fully committed to providing exceptional service. Therefore, please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive your item within 14 business days. Please also note that COVID-19 could also impact delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the condition it was received and must include original packaging and manufacturer tags where applicable. We do not accept the return of used items. Used items returned as new may be shipped back at your expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping costs related to the return of damaged items including items damaged due to improper packaging.
